Winston & Strawn LLP has prevailed on behalf of nonbinary runner Cal Calamia in securing United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) approval of a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) for Calamia’s use of testosterone in male, nonbinary, and open running categories.
