Leron E. Rogers (partner) and John T. Rose (associate) have joined the Entertainment & Sports Law Department of Fox Rothschild LLP in Atlanta. The men were previously attorneys at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP.

Rogers works with the full spectrum of industry professionals including actors, recording artists, producers, songwriters, record labels, publishing and management companies, music industry trade organizations, film, and television companies as well as new media companies. He represents corporate entities as well as high-profile celebrities and athletes in their personal and professional business ventures.
His practice includes complex litigation, business, and commercial transaction matters in a variety of fields and industries, primarily in the areas of entertainment, intellectual property, technology, and media. Rogers counsels institutional and individual clients on a range of issues related to crisis management, business disputes and litigation prevention, as well as non-litigation matters, frequently in the capacity of outside general counsel.
Rogers, who is President of the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association, has represented the Miami Marlins as well as other sports clients.
He earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and his B.B.A. from Texas State University.
Rose represents a variety of high-profile clients, including award-winning creatives, multiplatinum recording artists and producers and celebrity entertainers. With certifications in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School and Transactional Law from Emory University School of Law, John provides counseling on various topics related to business disputes, litigation prevention and crisis management as well as non-litigation matters. He has high-level experience drafting, analyzing, and negotiating agreements involving content and distribution, production, marketing, management, photography, licensing, concerts, and other subjects.
He also has intellectual property experience, representing athletes, producers, recording artists, record companies, television networks and entertainment production companies on various IP matters.
He earned his J.D. from Emory University and his B.A., cum laude, from Hampton University.
