Attorney M. Jordan Denning has joined Duncan Bergan Mandell, where he will lead the law firm’s Sports and Entertainment Services Practice. He is joined on the team by Kristina Liburd, a senior partner at the firm. By way of background, Denning has been a business lawyer and executive with over 20 years experience in law, general business and business development , contracts, M & A, Technology and IP, Sports, FINTech and Management, leadership, private and in house legal practice, education and marketing. Previously, he worked with a diverse group of startups, existing businesses and law firms, with an emphasis on business development, deals, and general corporate law with an emphasis on IP, technologies, contracts and negotiation.
