Federal Judge Dismisses College Wrestler’s ADA, Due Process Claims

A federal judge from the Southern District of New York has dismissed the claim of a collegiate wrestler, who alleged that Hunter College of the City University of New York had kicked him off the wrestling team and denied him student housing in violation of Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act as well as violated his procedural due process rights.   The court dismissed Plaintiff Alishame E.
