NCAA Rejects Claims of Preferential Treatment for BCS Universities

By Steven Stamps   The NCAA has reacted quickly to criticize a study claiming that Bowl Conference Series (BCS) schools receive lighter probation penalties for NCAA violations than other Division I universities.
