The Kansas City Royals (the “Royals”) have lost a motion for summary judgment in John Coomer v. Kansas City Royals Baseball Corporation, 1016-CV4073, Circuit Ct, Jackson, Cty. February 9, 2011, a well-publicized lawsuit arising out of the antics of the team’s mascot, Sluggerrr.
