Appellate Court Upholds NJSIAA’s Finding on Redshirt Rule

A New Jersey appellate court has agreed with that state’s Commissioner of Education, who upheld the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association's (the NJSIAA) denial of his petition for a waiver from the NJSIAA's Eight Semester Rule.
