Assessing Concussion Litigation and the Potential Issues

While knowledge of brain injury has grown by leaps and bounds over the last twenty years, much is yet to be learned about the physiology of concussion. However, the role of sports in producing these injuries has become increasingly clear and should be addressed.   F
