Thompson Coe has announced the recent addition of Tim Agajanian in the Professional Liability section of its Dallas office. Agajanian brings more than 36 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, business law, professional liability, personal injury, and tort matters.
He has built his practice helping clients in construction, motorsports and racing, entertainment and hospitality, environmental, municipal contracting and government affairs, real estate, and government investigations.
Agajanian also has former experience handling environmental remediation matters involving Superfund issues and other regulatory compliance concerns for waste management, recycling, and landfill companies. He counsels clients regarding regulatory and compliance issues, including DOJ, SEC, and IRS subpoenas, proceedings, related investigations, and possible enforcement actions.
Agajanian received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School and his B.S. from the University of Southern California. He is licensed in both Texas and California.
