Settlement Allegedly Reached Between Concussed Player, School District

Attorneys for the Three Forks School District in Montana reportedly asked Gallatin County District Judge John Brown last month to enforce a $300,000 settlement, which they claim Michael Rouchleau and his parents agreed to accept in 2013.   The plaintiffs sued the Three Forks School District in 2012 after Rouchleau suffered a severe concussion during a football practice.   The Bozeman Daily Chronicle reported that “three of Rouchleau's own attorneys testified that their client agreed
