Pedagogy in Sport Law Classes: Using Sports Litigation Alert Effectively and Creatively

Not only must we have a command of basic legal principles in a variety of substantive areas, e.g., tort, contract, constitutional and civil rights law, administrative law, labor law, and antitrust law, but also we must be able to help our students apply those concepts to
