As coaching college coaching contracts have become more sophisticated -- with an increased prevalence of morals clause, incentives for academic performance, and termination clauses associated with NCAA rules violations -- it should surprise no one that when Oklahoma State University (OSU) reached an agreement with Joe Wickline, whereby the veteran offensive line coach would join head coach Mike Gundy staff, there was a special clause in the contract that protected OSU’s interest.   The on
