Ninth Circuit Revives Prescription Drug Claims Case Against the NFL

In June 2012 former NFL players filed a class action lawsuit related to concussions against the NFL. The Multi District Litigation Panel sent the case to the U.S. District Court in Philadelphia. The NFL filed a motion to dismiss.
