Lawsuit Challenging FC Cincinnati Stadium Development Dismissed

One local resident was sufficiently incensed by the undertaking that she sued the United States, the City, Club, and their respective officials, claiming that the project violated various laws, including the U.S. Constitution, and several Civil Rights’ Acts. Recently, the U.S. District Court dismissed the lawsuit, finding it frivolous because the plaintiff had previously ma
