Federal Judge Rules That Claim of Jilted Professional Baseball Team Owner Can Continue
A federal judge from the Southern District of Indiana has denied summary judgment motions from two defendants — a professional baseball league and one of its teams, who were sued by another team and its owner after the plaintiffs were denied the expansion opportunity they were pursuing.
