As Luck Would Have It, Proposal to Sell Beer in Stadium Is Controversial

Newhook   Oliver Luck, the Athletic Director for West Virginia University, recently proposed to the state’s Board of Governors that WVU be allowed to sell beer at Milan Puskar Stadium.   Luck is also seeking the removal of the pass-through policy. Currently, fans at WVU games can leave at half-time and re-enter after consuming large amounts of alcohol in the parking lots.
