Spry, a technology solution designed to help colleges and universities navigate the rapidly evolving Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) landscape, has announced an agreement with King’s College, an NCAA Division III school in Wilkes-Barre, PA, to help the school’s athletic department manage NIL and empower its students through education. King’s College sponsors 29 intercollegiate men’s and women’s sports in NCAA Division III and is a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference. Spry makes it possible for a student-athlete to disclose business opportunities to their institution in a seamless, transparent way to maintain compliance with all NIL regulations. Moreover, this platform enables compliance departments to identify potential conflicts of interest between existing institutional contracts and student-athlete opportunities, and then respond to incoming requests.
