Court Sides with Student Athlete Against School District, But Clears IHSAA

A federal judge from the Southern District of Indiana has affirmed its earlier ruling that allowed a student athlete’s Title IX claim to continue against a school district, which allegedly scheduled more boys’ basketball games on the weekend than girls’ games.
