By Barbara Osborne, J.D.   Without addressing the substantive issues, the Supreme Court of Texas revived a lawsuit that had been dismissed as moot by the Court of Appeals for the 9th District of Texas (Matthews v. Kountze Independent School District, NO. 09-13-00251-CV).
