Court Sides Mostly With ASU After Former Coach Brings Gender Discrimination Claim

A magistrate judge from the Middle District of Alabama has granted, for the most part, Alabama State University’s summary judgment motion in a case in which it was sued by a former coach, who claimed she was discriminated against on the basis of her gender.
