Men Athletes Notified of Proposed Settlement Under Consideration in Navarro v. Florida Institute of Technology

Park School of Communications, Ithaca College, staurows@ithaca.edu On July 9, 2024, Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech) notified all current and prospective men athletes who are or are expected to participate in intercollegiate that they may be part of a class of plaintiffs who have rights under a proposed settlement in Joshua Navarro et al. v. Florida Institute of Technology. Comments or objections to th
